CHCA™ Cancellation Policy
Enrollment in the Certified Health Care Advisor™ (CHCA™) program is non-refundable once access to course materials has been granted.
However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you contact us within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed any portion of the course, you may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.

Backend Dashboard
Let’s ensure that all existing features in the CHCA dashboard and the Admin dashboard are functioning smoothly. These components were largely replicated from the Essential Solutions platform, so we need to confirm that everything is fully operational, properly designed, and thoroughly tested from both the user side and the admin side.
In addition to validating what’s already in place, we also need to implement several new items into the backend:

Fee-Based Planning Invoicing
- Agents must be able to generate and send invoices to their clients.
- On the admin side, the system should calculate collected amounts, agent commissions (90%), and CHCA’s share (10%).

Billing Page
- A dedicated billing section for agents to manage setup fees, annual renewals, and saved payment methods.

Testing Center
- An integrated testing platform where agents can complete the CHCA certification exam.
- The exam structure and functionality can be based on the file provided.
