CHCA™ Terms of Payment & Services

By enrolling in the Certified Health Care Advisor™ (CHCA™) program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Enrollment Fee & Access

  • A one-time payment of $499 grants access to the CHCA™ course and certification materials.
  • Access is provided immediately upon successful payment.
  • Enrollment fees are non-transferable and apply to the individual registrant only.

2. Annual Renewal Fee

  • An annual renewal fee of $129 is required to maintain:
    • Access to the CHCA™ portal.
    • Continued usage rights for the CHCA™ designation and logo.
    • Ongoing access to updates, resources, and support.
  • Renewal fees are billed automatically to the payment method on file, unless otherwise arranged.

3. Payment Methods

  • All payments are securely processed via the CHCA™ website.
  • CHCA™ accepts all major credit cards.
  • By enrolling, you authorize CHCA™ to store your payment method for recurring charges (renewals).

4. Discounts & Promotions

  • From time to time, CHCA™ may issue discount codes or promotional pricing.
  • Discounts apply only at the time of initial enrollment and cannot be retroactively applied to existing accounts.

5. Certification Use

  • Use of the Certified Health Care Advisor™ designation, CHCA™ logo, or related branding is contingent upon maintaining an active, paid certification.
  • Unauthorized use of the CHCA™ designation or branding after lapse of certification is strictly prohibited.

6. Course Completion Requirements

  • In order to earn and retain certification, professionals must complete the CHCA™ course and achieve a passing score on the final exam.
  • CHCA™ reserves the right to revoke certification in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with program requirements.

7. Non-Refundable Policy

  • Enrollment in the CHCA™ program is non-refundable once course materials have been accessed.
  • A refund may be issued only if requested within 7 days of purchase and no part of the course has been accessed.

8. Service Commitment

  • CHCA™ is committed to providing continuous access to certification materials, updates, and tools as long as your membership remains active.
  • Service interruptions due to system upgrades or maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

9. Termination of Services

  • Failure to pay renewal fees will result in suspension of access to the portal, resources, and designation usage rights.
  • CHCA™ reserves the right to terminate access for misuse, unethical practices, or breach of these terms.
